By default, when you create admin pages with uipress the slug used in the URL will be 'admin-page'. A full URL may look like this:

http://myawesomewebsite.com/admin-page/my-admin-page

It is possible to change this. Go to uipress settings (settings > uipress settings) and navigate to the admin pages tab.

Here you will see an option called Admin Page Slug - this can be whatever you like, below we have changed it to 'user-help'

After saving uipress settings, you will need to re-save your permalink structure in WordPress settings.

Your admin page urls will now look like this:

http://myawesomewebsite.com/user-help/my-admin-page
